Delivery

Shipping in Lithuania:
We currently prepare the order within 1 – 3 working days. Delivery time is not included.
Delivery methods and terms:

  • COLLECTION from the warehouse in Fabijoniškių st. 99, 07101, Vilnius – free of charge. You can pick up from Monday to Thursday (except Friday) from 12:00 to 17:00. after you receive a letter that the order is ready for collection. After the letter about the ready order, please collect it within 1 working week, otherwise the order may be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.
  • VENIPAK postal machine – EUR 2.99 (with VAT), delivery within 1 – 3 working days from dispatch. The price is valid up to 30 kg. Free from 60 EUR without VAT (72.60 EUR with VAT).
  • VENIPAK courier delivery to the specified address – from EUR 3.73 (with VAT), delivery within 48 hours of dispatch. Free from 75 EUR without VAT (90.75 EUR with VAT).
  • OMNIVA postal machine – EUR 4.13 (with VAT), the price is valid for up to 24 kg, delivery in Lithuania within 1 – 2 working days from dispatch. This is the largest network of self-service post machines in the Baltic countries, operating 24 hours a day. Locations of Omniva post machines.
    It is important to know – we do not deliver to the Curonian Spit by courier. We recommend choosing the nearest VENIPAK or OMNIVA postal machine.
  • We do not have a physical store, so we will not be able to prepare the goods on site and they cannot be purchased upon arrival.

Shipping abroad:
We currently prepare the order within 1 – 3 working days. Delivery time is not included.
We can deliver VENIPAK/GLS by TNT or DPD courier depending on the direction of delivery to the following European countries:

  • VENIPAK courier – from EUR 5.44 + VAT, will be calculated automatically according to the weight of the basket, delivery – within 1 – 2 working days.
  • OMNIVA postal machine – EUR 5.98 + VAT, the price is valid for up to 24 kg, delivery within 1 – 2 working days.
    Estonia:
  • VENIPAK postal machine – EUR 5.30 + VAT, delivery within 2 – 3 working days. Only for orders up to 10 kg.
  • VENIPAK courier – from EUR 6.97 + VAT, will be calculated automatically according to the weight of the basket, delivery – within 2 – 3 working days. Free – from 130 EUR without VAT (156 EUR with VAT) for orders up to 24 kg.
  • OMNIVA postal machine – 8.11 EUR + VAT, the price is valid up to 24 kg, delivery within 2 – 3 working days.
    Finland:
  • VENIPAK/BRING courier – from EUR 23.93 + VAT, will be calculated automatically according to the weight of the basket, the price changes every 30 kg, delivery – within ~3 working days. Attention! The tracking of the package ends in Tallinn, Estonia, where the VENIPAK package is picked up by BRING and delivered to Finland within 1 – 3 working days. For this reason, the package may appear as delivered in Tallinn.
  • DPD courier* – from EUR 26.92 + VAT, delivery within 2 – 4 working days.
    Poland:
  • VENIPAK courier – from EUR 17.09 + VAT (up to 30 kg), the price of higher weight will be calculated automatically according to the weight of the basket, delivery – within ~2 – 5 working days.
    Other countries:
  • GLS/VENIPAK/TNT ECONOMY courier delivery to the specified address – the delivery price will be calculated automatically based on the weight of the basket.
  • The lowest price is valid for shipments up to 2 kg. The price changes at 2/5/10/15/20/25/30/40/65/90/120 kg.
  • The price of delivery by courier is calculated automatically based on the weight of the basket.
  • Note: For GLS Economy 2 deliveries, the courier will not normally contact you by phone prior to arrival.
