Return information

Return and exchange of goods

1. Defects in the sold goods are removed, low-quality goods are exchanged, returned in accordance with the following legal acts: Retail trade rules, approved in 2001. on June 11, by the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania no. 697 (wording of Resolution 738 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of July 22, 2014, provisions of the Civil Code regulating consumer legal relations, and according to the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights of the Republic of Lithuania). In all cases, money for returned goods is transferred only to the payer’s bank account.

2. In order to return the product(s) based on Clause 1 of these rules, the Buyer can do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, informing the Seller via the means of communication specified in the contact section (info@getcranberry.lt) and filling out the Product return form , which can be found in the Return Form menu at the bottom of the page, indicating the name of the returned product, the order number, the reason for the return and other relevant information.

3. When returning the goods to the buyer, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:

3.1. the returned item must be in its original, neat packaging;

3.2. the product must be undamaged by the Buyer;

3.3. the item must be unused, without losing its merchandise appearance (label intact, protective film not torn off, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective item);

3.4. the returned product must be in the same configuration as the Buyer received it;

3.5. when returning the product, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase (order number or invoice).

4. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer, if the Buyer does not comply with the procedure for returning the goods set forth in Article 3 and Item 9 of the Rules for the Purchase and Sale of Goods.

5. When returning the wrong product that the Buyer ordered and/or a low-quality product, the Seller undertakes to take back such products at his own expense and replace them with similar suitable products.

6. In the event that the Seller does not have goods suitable for replacement, the amount paid will be returned to the Buyer, excluding the cost of delivery.

7. If the product is not defective or damaged during its transportation, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, the Buyer can contact the Seller and return any product by paying for delivery to the Seller’s warehouse in one of four ways:

7.1. delivered by courier to the address Fabijoniškių g. 99, 07101, Vilnius, Lithuania, contact number, +37067448449;

7.2. deliver to the DPD post machine at PC Mandarinas, Ateities st. 91, Vilnius, Lithuania, contact contact number, +37067448449;;

7.3. deliver to the LP EXPRESS post machine at PC Mandarinas, Ateities st. 91, Vilnius, Lithuania, contact contact number, +37067448449.

7.4 deliver to the OMNIVA post machine at PC Mandarinas, Ateities st. 91, Vilnius, Lithuania, contact contact number, +37067448449.

8. Electronic goods such as gift vouchers are non-returnable goods.
